Champy

Champion Health had a problem most companies don't bother solving: nobody actually reads the benefits packet. Champy exists to make it feel like the opposite: approachable, friendly, worth a second look. He's a small orange flame, warm and a little scrappy, drawn from Champion Health's own logo mark. He brings joy and levity to something that can feel intimidating. He's not just there to represent the plan, he's the personality behind it.

Blazing across every screen

Champy's real job is lowering the stakes. Benefits enrollment usually feels like a form you need to get through correctly, so he turns a checklist into a habit and a health screening into a friendly nudge instead of an obligation. On social media, Champy gives content a spark. He brings joy to the topics he shows up in, turning them into moments people engage with, tag a coworker in, or come back for.

Everywhere you look, he’s lit

Champy's next step is leaving the screen: stickers and pins people would actually want to wear, a presence at health fairs and enrollment events, and printed cards and posters that carry the same warmth into the rooms where people actually sign up. None of that exists yet, but a character who already makes people stop and pay attention online seems ready to do the same in person.
