Potato
We brought Potato to life for ScribbleVet, an AI scribe that turns a vet's spoken notes into clean, structured records. The brand wanted a mascot pulled from real life, so Potato was modeled after the actual dog belonging to one of ScribbleVet's founders. A mascot works when it looks like it already exists in the world the product serves. Potato is a dog any vet clinic would recognize.
A vet's best friend
Vet record keeping is stressful by nature, long notes, tight time, patients who can't tell you what's wrong. Potato is there to soften that. As a friendly, relatable dog woven through the product itself, Potato brings a bit of joy into a task most vets dread, making ScribbleVet feel easy and approachable instead of like one more piece of software to fight with.
A character everyone knows by name
Potato is just as present on LinkedIn and social posts, giving the brand a consistent face people recognize. She also shows up at conferences, greets attendees from booth banners, and turns up on stickers, shirts, and all the swag a trade show table can hold. Beyond the core designs we created, the ScribbleVet team took it from there, building out new poses and expanding Potato's presence. People love her. Potato has become ScribbleVet's best friend in the most literal sense, tagging along wherever the company goes, tail wagging, just happy to be included.
