We drew Mojo for ClassDojo almost fifteen years ago. Today, teachers bake monster cookies for classroom parties. Kids dress up as the whole crew for Halloween. They draw him on construction paper and tape him to bulletin boards. None of that was planned. It just happens when somebody runs the character for fifteen years.

Origination
For companies without a character yet. We design one built to be activated. Strategy, personality bible, visual system, and a six-month rollout that gets it into the world. Most origination clients move into Activation when the character ships, because the design is the start, not the finish.

Direct
We run the universe. Voice, content, presence, merch, product moments. Your team approves. We ship. Most weeks something new is going out into the world with your character on it.
Compound
Year two beats year one. Year three beats year two. The character gets more famous, the brand gets more memorable, and the work gets cheaper to make.
