Our founder, Monica Powers, has spent fifteen years as a creative leader across AI, edtech, fintech, and consumer tech. She's been a CPO, worked shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering teams, and helped build companies from early stage to unicorn. She understands how products ship, how teams scale, and where a character fits inside all of it.
